After reading the reviews for this product I was weary of purchasing it due to the negative reviews. I went ahead & ordered it and I am nothing but pleased. Everything works as it should. The only thing I can think of is if someone ordered it for an earlier version iPhone. It works perfectly for iPhone 4.
